On August 21, 2018, MormonLeaks’ parent organization, the Truth and Transparency Foundation (TTF), was served a with a lawsuit from Brigham Young University (BYU) in response to a decision by the Utah State Records Committee ruling that BYU had to honor and open record request submitted by the TTF. BYU and the TTF entered a legal stay on September 24, 2018. The stay agreement and more information about the suit can be found by following the link below.
